Physical Therapy Evaluation

Service Description

Physical Therapy evaluation for a number of diagnoses including, but not limited to, Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Brachycephaly, Gross Motor Delay, Hypotonia, Toe Walking, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and Prematurity.

Cancellation Policy

Each session is one hour in duration. Payment is due at the time of the service. Cancellations are required to be 24 hours in advance.
