Postnatal Session 2-12 weeks

Service Description

Those first few weeks can be an exciting and sometimes disorienting ride. While you are learning how to be parents to your first, second, or even fifth child we often find that each child is different and so are their needs. This session is aimed at learning the basics from swaddling and calming techniques to feeding and bathing techniques. You will learn how to read your babies cues and how to establish simple daily and nightly routines. We will discuss ways to prevent head flatness and how to implement tummy time and floor time play. You will be given education on how to limit "sleep crutches," limit use of baby equipment and discuss ways to encourage development of early motor skills.

Cancellation Policy

Each session is one hour in duration. Payment is due at the time of the service. Cancellations are required to be 24 hours in advance.
