Service Description

Knowing what to expect when you're expecting can be both an exciting and overwhelming time. The prenatal session is aimed to simplify this time and give you the pertinent information when you still have the time to digest it all, before your baby is in your arms. You will be given information on nursery set-up, registry must haves, guidance on developing good sleep routines, ways to prevent head flatness, and simple and achievable ways to begin promoting healthy daily routines to support achievement of early developmental milestones.
